Kaoru Kaganoi has 4+ years of experience in Africa, and 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Launch, Operation, and Fundraising. Prior to founding Cordia, Kaoru served for SafeBoda as VP of Expansion and SB Labs, where he launched a mobility and transportation service in Kenya and in Nigeria. At McKinsey (2012-15 & 2017-18), he led 7 projects across 5 African countries as a management consultant.

He holds an MBA (INSEAD) and B.A. in Law (Waseda University)
